Do you take a cut of my fee?
No. Plans are flat. We never charge a percentage of your fee or of a case, and no price depends on the outcome.
Can clients in other states find me?
Yes, if you work with clients online. After you claim your listing, add the states you serve online (or nationwide) and you can appear in those states’ “Mediators who work online with [State] clients” section, labeled as your statement. Your court certifications still show only the states whose official rosters list you. Featured can include a spot in the online section of states you serve (3 per state).
Does paying change my certification info?
Never. Certification details come only from the court roster.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period, then return to Free. Your profile is never deleted.
