Who we are

MediationList (mediationlist.com) is operated by MediationList LLC, 1128 94th Avenue North #1003, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean MediationList LLC.

Information only

MediationList is a directory and information site. We aren’t a law firm and don’t give legal advice. Using the site doesn’t create a lawyer-client or mediator-client relationship with us.

Listings

Court-verified listings come from public rosters; claimed profiles add details from the mediator, and self-listed profiles (labeled “Self-listed”) come from the mediators themselves. We try to keep them accurate, but we don’t guarantee that any listing is complete or current. A listing isn’t an endorsement. Confirm a mediator’s status with the official roster before hiring them. Any agreement you make with a mediator is between you and that mediator.

Paid placement

Some mediators may pay for placement. Paid placements are labeled “Featured · Paid placement.”

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the site, send spam through our forms, or use the site to harass anyone. We may block misuse.

Mediator accounts

Mediators who claim a listing must give accurate information, may edit only the self-reported parts of their profile, and are responsible for what they add.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions made based on it.
