A guide carries a reviewer’s name only after that person has reviewed and approved it, and the guide shows the date. General guides still waiting for review show no byline and are kept out of search engines.

Beth Carrier is a Certified Professional Mediator through the Idaho Mediation Association and is listed on the Idaho Supreme Court's Child Custody Mediators Roster. She runs Pivot Point Resolutions in Boise, where her practice focuses on divorce, custody and parenting-plan changes, and other family disputes.

She writes and reviews MediationList's guides. She is not an attorney, and the guides are general information, not legal advice.
