Mediation and ADR

Roster

Also called court roster or mediator roster

An official list of mediators a court or agency keeps for referrals or appointments. In Florida, each circuit's chief judge keeps a list of Supreme Court-certified mediators registered for appointment there.[1]

In more detail

Virginia publishes directories of court-certified mediators by circuit and district.[2] In many states the roster is the only official record of who a court will appoint, which is why MediationList builds every listing from official rosters and shows the source and date it was checked.

Varies by state

Who keeps rosters, and what being on one means, differs by state; some states keep none. Find your state’s rules.
