Mediation and ADR

Sliding fee scale

A fee that goes down for people with lower incomes. Some court, government and community mediation programs use one or are free, while private mediation is usually billed hourly.[1]

In more detail

Maryland's courts describe this range of costs for mediation.[1] Florida's court mediation fees depend on the parties' combined income in family cases.[2]

Varies by state
