How to become a mediator in Nebraska
Who certifies or lists mediators in Nebraska?
Office of Dispute Resolution: approves mediation centers (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-2908) and keeps the roster of approved Parenting Act mediators and approved specialized mediators (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-2938). A Nebraska-licensed attorney may mediate a parenting plan if the parties agree (§ 43-2938(4)).

Do I need a state credential to mediate in Nebraska?
State credentials and court rosters mainly matter for court-ordered or court-connected cases, where a court may require a mediator from its own list. If you plan to mediate cases that people bring to you privately, check whether Nebraska or your profession has any rule that applies. See do I need a mediator certified in my state?
